브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= DL건설은 지난 10일 ‘CP 자율준수 실천 선포식’을 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.
CP(Compliance Program)란 2001년 공정거래위원회가 도입한 제도로, 기업들이 공정거래 관련 법규를 준수하기 위해서 자체적으로 도입 및 운영하는 내부준법시스템을 의미한다.
이번 선포식은 공정거래 자율준수 문화 확산을 위해 자발적으로 관련 법규범을 준수하고, 공정거래 질서 확립에 솔선한다는 전사적 실천 의지를 다지기 위해 개최했다.
선포식에서 DL건설 강윤호 대표이사가 자율준수 메시지 낭독 및 자율준수 실천의지 선언을 진행했다. 이를 통해 최고경영자의 자율준수에 대한 단호한 의지와 관심을 조직 내/외부에 효과적으로 전달할 수 있는 기회가 됐다도 DL건설은 설명했다.
이어서 CP 확산 기여자(CP 자율준수 점검 우수자)에 대한 시상도 우수 조직과 우수 개인을 각각 선정해 진행했다. 수상자에는 인센티브를 부여해 임직원의 CP 문화 확산에 대한 동기부여를 지속적으로 제공하고 있다.
DL건설은 공정거래 자율준수 문화 확산을 위하여 공정거래위원회의 CP 8대 구성요소(△CP 운영의 기준과 절차의 수립, △최고경영자의 CP 도입 및 자율준수 실천의지의 천명, △자율준수 관리자의 임명, △자율준수 편람의 제작 및 활용, △교육프로그램, △사전감시체계, △제재 및 인센티브 시스템, △프로그램 효과성 평가와 개선)를 도입해 운영하고 있으며, 그 접근성을 높일 수 있는 활동을 지속적으로 강화하고 있다.
강윤호 대표이사는 “회사의 공정거래 자율준수 실천은 사업 목표에 반영되어 실질적인 운영이 되도록 해야 한다”며 “모든 임직원이 공정거래 자율준수를 실천할 수 있도록 지원과 자원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 말했다.
한편, DL그룹은 투명한 기업 활동을 전개하기 위해 그룹 차원에서 CP 제도를 운영하고 있다. 그 결과, 지난 해 12월 12일 공정거래위원회로부터 DL(주), (주)대림, DL이앤씨, DL건설이 CP등급평가 우수기업(AA등급) 표창을 수여 받은 바 있다.
