21일 전북교육청에 따르면 도내 모든 초등학교는 새로 구성된 전 교직원과 올해 추진할 주요 주요 교육활동에 대해 소통하고 협의하며 학교별 교육철학을 공유하는 시간을 집중적으로 갖는다
특히 새로 전입한 교직원들의 적응을 위해 학교 탐방 및 다양한 친교 활동도 진행된다.
