메르세데스-벤츠 방배 서비스센터는 연면적 5780.82m², 지상 2층 및 지하 3층 규모로, 서초구 중심에 위치해 서울시 강남, 서초, 송파 등 강남권 지역 고객에게 향상된 접근성을 제공한다.
20개의 일반수리 워크베이와 7개의 사고수리 워크베이를 갖췄으며, 하루 처리량 일반수리 100대 이상, 사고수리 10대 이상 가능한 서비스센터다.
워크베이에는 다년간의 경력을 지닌 베테랑 전문 테크니션들을 배치해 차별화된 프리미엄 서비스를 선보인다. 최신식 시설을 갖춰 고객 편의를 극대화하고 전기차 정비까지 가능해 편리함을 한층 더 강화할 계획이다.
