한중도시우호협회(회장 권기식)는 3월5일 보도자료에서 “한중도시우호협회는 5일 오전 서울시 영등포구 국제금융로 소재 한국노총 10층 회의실에서 전국공공산업노동조합연맹(위원장 이지웅 한국도로공사 노조위원장ㆍ이하 공공노련)과 공동으로 중국 산둥성 당위 방한단(단장 카오번웨이高本偉 산둥성 당위 사회부 부부장) 초청 간담회를 열었다”고 알렸다.
이날 간담회는 한중 공공교류 강화와 한중 우호 증진을 위해 한중도시우호협회가 공공노련과 함께 마련한 것.

권기식 회장은 "현재 한중 관계가 매우 어려운 시기이다. 한중 우호를 위해 한중 공공 분야의 교류와 협력이 강화되어야 한다. 특히 한국과 가까운 중국의 산둥성과의 협력을 위해 노력하겠다"고 말했다.
이지웅 위원장은 "한중 관계는 한국 경제 발전에 매우 중요하다"며 "한중 공공 서비스 분야 협력을 위해 업무협약 관계인 한중도시우호협회와 함께 노력하겠다"고 밝혔다.
카오 단장은 "산둥성은 한국과 가장 가까운 성이기 때문에 한국과의 협력이 필수"라며 "공공 및 민간 서비스 분야의 교류와 협력을 위해 함께 하자"고 말했다.
권기식 회장과 이지웅 위원장은 이날 한중도시우호협회-전국공공산업노동조합연맹 간 '한중 공공ㆍ노동 분야 교류 확대를 위한 업무협약'을 체결했다.
권기식 회장은 간담회에 앞서 이날 오전 서울시 영등포구 국회대로 소재 한중경제협력센터에서 카오 부부장 등 방한단 6명을 접견하고 한중 교류 강화 방안에 대해 대담했다. 산둥성 당위 방한단은 카오 사회부 부부장과 자오원보(趙文波) 1처장, 껑즈룽(耿子龍) 2처장, 류샤오밍(劉曉明) 자원봉사 지도센터 주임, 슈파셴(徐法賢) 지난(濟南)시 부장, 류진쥔(劉金軍) 웨이하이(威海)시 부장 등이다.
자료에 따르면, 전국공공산업노동조합연맹은 한국노총 산하 65개 공기업 노조 연합체로 조합원수는 5만여명으로 알려져 있다.

On March 5, the Korea-China City Friendship Association (Chairman Kwon Ki-sik) announced in a press release that, "On the morning of the 5th, the Korea-China City Friendship Association held a joint meeting with the Korean Federation of Public Service and Transport Workers' Unions (Chairman Lee Ji-woong, Chairman of the Korea Expressway Corporation Union, hereinafter referred to as Public Service and Transport Workers' Union) to invite the Shandong Province Party Committee Visiting Korea (Chairman Cao Benwei, Vice Director of the Social Affairs Department of the Shandong Province Party Committee) to the meeting at the 10th floor conference room of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions located on Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul."
The meeting that day was arranged by the Korea-China City Friendship Association and Public Service and Transport Workers' Union to strengthen Korea-China public exchanges and promote Korea-China friendship.
Chairman Kwon Ki-sik said, “Currently, Korea-China relations are in a very difficult time. In order to promote Korea-China friendship, exchanges and cooperation in the public sector between Korea and China should be strengthened. In particular, I will work to cooperate with Shandong Province in China, which is close to Korea.”
Chairman Lee Ji-woong said, “Korea-China relations are very important to Korea’s economic development,” and “I will work with the Korea-China City Friendship Association, with which we have a business agreement, to promote Korea-China public service cooperation.”
Director Kao said, “Shandong Province is the closest province to Korea, so cooperation with Korea is essential,” and “Let’s work together to promote exchanges and cooperation in the public and private service sectors.”
Chairman Kwon Ki-sik and Chairman Lee Ji-woong signed the ‘Business Agreement for Expanding Korea-China Public and Labor Exchanges’ between the Korea-China City Friendship Association and the National Federation of Public Workers’ Unions on this day.
Chairman Kwon Ki-sik met with six members of the delegation to Korea, including Vice Minister Kao, at the Korea-China Economic Cooperation Center located in Gukhoe-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, ahead of the meeting, and discussed ways to strengthen Korea-China exchanges. The Shandong Provincial Party Committee delegation to Korea includes Vice Minister Kao of the Social Affairs Department, Director of the First Department Zhao Wenbo, Director of the Second Department Geng Zilong, Director of the Volunteer Guidance Center Liu Xiaoming, Director of the Jinan City Department Xu Faxian, and Director of the Weihai City Department Liu Jinjun. According to the data, the National Federation of Public Workers' Unions is a federation of 65 public enterprise unions under the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, and is known to have approximately 50,000 members.
