브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 미국 국민 절반 이상은 도널드 트럼프 대통령이 진행하는 '글로벌 관세 전쟁'에 대해 우려하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
이코노미스트와 유고브가 5일(현지 시간) 발표한 여론조사에 따르면 미국 성인 시민 54%는 미국이 올린 대외 관세의 최종적 대가는 대부분의 미국 국민과 기업이 치를 것이라고 답했다.
트럼프 대통령의 주장대로, 불공평한 관세를 바로잡음으로써 외국 국민과 미국에 수출하고 있는 기업들이 대가를 치를 것이라고 생각하는 응답자는 24%에 불과했다.
궁극적인 대가를 누가 치를지 모르겠다고 답한 응답자는 22%였다.
