대한민국의 전통문화 보존 및 계승을 위한 프로젝트 기업 ㈜Master Entertainment(김종철 대표), 인적 자원 공급 전문 기업 ㈜KHS(김영환 대표), 그리고 베트남의 MAI LINH International Cooperation Company Limited(Pham Van Chuong 상임 부사장),(이하 MAI LINH)이 상호 협력을 통해 한국-베트남 간 인적 교류 및 엔터테인먼트·무역 협력 확대를 위한 업무 협약(MOU)을 체결했다.

이번 협약은 공익 실현, 신의성실, 상호 존중의 원칙을 바탕으로, 양국 간 협력을 강화하고, 다양한 분야에서 실질적인 성과를 도출하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
특히 인적·법적·행정적 지원, 엔터테인먼트 사업, 무역 및 기타 사업 분야에서 긴밀히 협력할 예정이다.
