충남 서산시의회가 12일 제303회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 열고 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안, 기금운용변경계획안, 조례 제·개정안 12건, 동의안 2건, 승인안 1건 등 총 23개 안건을 처리했다.
서산시장이 제출한 2025년도 제1회 추가경정예산안은 기정예산액 1조 2498억 원 대비 407억 원(3.3%)이 증액된 1조 2905억 원으로 편성되었다.
예산결산특별위원회의 심사를 거친 결과, 원안에서 31억 원이 삭감되었으나, 김맹호 의원이 대표발의한 수정안이 안효돈 의원의 질의토론을 거쳐 표결에 부쳐졌고, 찬성 8표, 반대 6표로 가결되어 서산시장이 제출한 예산안대로 최종 확정되었다.
또한, 2025년도 제1회 추가경정기금운용변경계획안은 원안가결되었으며, 행정문화복지위원회 소관의 여러 조례안과 동의안도 원안대로 가결되었다.
특히, 서산시 노인성 질병자 지원에 관한 조례안과 서산시 재난 예보·경보시설 설치 및 운영에 관한 조례안이 포함되었다.
