부천시에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 부천문화재단의 ‘수요시네마’와 협업해 진행하는 사업으로, 매주 수요일 상영되는 ‘수요시네마’ 일정 중 일부를 인구 관련 주제의 작품으로 구성했다.
