브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 두산건설과 GS건설, 금호건설 등 두산건설 컨소시엄은 창원시 진해구 구도심지에 들어설 ‘창원 메가시티 자이&위브’에 교육, 조식 등 특화 서비스를 제공할 것이라고 밝혔다.
컨소시엄에 따르면, 우선 교육기업 '종로엠스쿨'과 협약을 맺고 입주민 자녀에게 교육 서비스를 제공한다. 입주 후 2년간 수강료 50% 할인 혜택을 제공해 학원을 따로 보내지 않더라도 저렴한 가격에 단지 내에서도 교육을 받을 수 있게끔 한다는 계획이다.
또한 교보문고 북큐레이션 서비스 적용을 통해 단지 내 도서관 활용도를 높일 예정이다.
이와 함께 바쁜 출근 시간대에 아침 식사를 해결할 수 있는 조식 서비스도 제공한다. 컨소시엄측은 "시간 절약과 건강 관리 측면에서 입주민들에게 높은 만족도를 줄 것으로 예상된다"고 기대했다.
아울러 진해구 최초로 2000가구 이상이 입주하는 대단지인 만큼 규모에 맞는 커뮤니티 시설도 마련된다. 피트니스센터, 실내골프장(스크린골프장 포함), GX룸 등 운동시설과 함께 사우나, 작은도서관, 독서실, 경로당, 키즈클럽, 맘스스테이션 등의 편의시설이 조성될 계획이다.
한편, 창원 메가시티 자이&위브는 경상남도 창원특례시 진해구 여좌동 843-1번지 일원에서 대야구역 재개발정비사업을 통해 조성된다. 단지는 지하 4층지상 37층, 17개 동, 전용면적 39102㎡ 총 2,638가구 규모로 조성되며, 이 중 전용면적 54~102㎡ 2,041가구가 일반분양된다.
