태안군이 ‘2025년 태안 방문의 해’를 맞아 마을 주민들과 함께 깨끗한 항포구 조성에 나섰다.
태안군은 이번 사업을 통해 지역 주민과 어업인들이 자발적으로 참여할 수 있는 환경 정화 활동을 강화하고, 청정한 해양 환경을 구축하는 데 힘쓰고 있다.
올해부터 항포구별로 반기 1회 이상 ‘어업인과 함께 하는 환경정화 활동의 날’을 지정하여 정기적으로 운영할 계획이다.
지난 24일에는 안면읍 백사장항에서, 26일에는 고남면 영목항에서 첫 환경정화 활동이 실시되었다.
이번 활동은 깨끗한 항포구 환경을 조성하고, 어업인들의 자발적인 청소 참여를 유도하기 위해 마련된 것이다. 어촌계와 선주협회가 함께 참여하여, 지역 주민들이 적극적으로 환경 정화에 동참할 수 있도록 하고 있다.
