브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 기아는 다음달 1일부터 14일까지 2주 동안 2025년 상반기 대졸 신입사원 채용 지원서를 접수 받는다고 27일 밝혔다.
△PBV △글로벌사업 △경영지원 △상품 △전략기획 △구매 등 총 14개 부문 22개 직무에서 미래 모빌리티 핵심 인재를 선발할 계획이다. 지원 대상자는 4년제 정규대학 2025년 8월 졸업예정자 또는 학사 및 석사 학위 소지자다.

특히, 취업 전 마지막 중간고사를 응원하는 의미를 담아 서울시내 대학 8곳의 교내 카페에서 커피 이벤트 ‘Last 중간고사 A+, First 커리어 Kia+’를 진행할 계획이다.
이번 행사를 통해 기아는 얼어붙은 고용시장에서 취업을 준비하는 구직자들에게 따뜻한 응원을 전하는 동시에 구직자들이 기아 브랜드를 자연스럽게 경험하고 친밀감을 형성할 수 있길 기대하고 있다.
기아 관계자는 “Z세대와의 접점을 확대할 수 있는 여러 이벤트를 통해 기아 신입채용 소식을 알리고 앞으로 본격 입사하게 될 Z세대 신입사원에게 친근하게 다가가고자 한다”며 “미래 모빌리티 산업 패러다임 변화를 주도할 핵심 인재들의 많은 관심과 지원을 바란다”고 말했다.
