충남 부여군이 창의적 정책 발굴을 위한 정책개발단을 지난달 31일 공식 출범하고 본격적인 활동을 시작한다고 1일 밝혔다.
정책개발단은 공직자들의 다양한 아이디어를 정책으로 연결하는 창구 역할을 하며, 신규사업 발굴 및 조직문화 개선에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
군에 따르면, 정책개발단은 7개 직렬에서 선발된 공직자 10명으로 구성되었으며, 자유로운 정책 제안을 통해 군정 발전을 위한 창의적 사업을 구상하게 된다.
박정현 부여군수는 정책개발단과의 간담회에서 "공직자들이 기존의 틀을 깨고 참신한 정책을 제안할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다"며, "정책개발단에서 나온 좋은 아이디어가 실제 군정에 반영될 수 있도록 힘쓰겠다"고 강조했다.
부여군은 앞서 2015년부터 2017년까지 신입 공직자를 대상으로 한 ‘주니어보드’라는 아이디어 발굴단을 운영한 바 있다. 이번 정책개발단 운영은 당시 경험을 바탕으로 더욱 발전된 형태로 추진되며, 실질적인 정책 제안과 실행 가능성에 중점을 둘 예정이다.
