세종시교육청이 학교 교육력을 높이기 위해 세종미래장학을 추진키로 했다.
세종미래장학은 학생 성장을 돕기 위해 학교가 자율성과 주도성을 기반으로 교육과정 수업 평가 생활교육에 장학지원 체계를 고도화하는 것이다.
최교진 교육감은 3일 시교육청에서 기자 회견을 열고 이같은 내용을 담은 '세종미래장학 4대 추진 과제'를 발표했다.
추진 과제를 보면 △학교가 이끄는 장학 △학교간 나눔 장학 △ 교육청-학교간 협력 장학△ 교육청 장학기관 재구축 등이다.
먼저 최 교육감은 학교가 이끄는 장학을 위해 수업 나눔 전문적 학습공동체 강화, 미래학교통합예산의 자율권확대, 학생 역량 진단시스템 도입 등 세종미래학교 자율 운영체계를 고도화하기로 했다.
학교장 배움자리 연수 지속 운영 ,학교장 직무 도움자료를 개발해 보급하기로 했다.
수업을 전문적으로 지원하고 이끄는 '초등수석교사'를 도입하고 2명의 수석교사를 선발ㆍ배치했다.
수업공개와 수업나눔, 동료교사 수업 컨설팅을 주도하도록 '학교자율장학리더교사제'를 도입하고 47개교 지원에 들어갔다.
학교간 나눔 장학을 위해 관리자 교사 네트워크를 강화하고 교원 연구회 운영도 확대된다.
교육청-학교간 협력 장학을 위해 교육청 내 부서 간 협력을 기반으로 소통을 강화해 하교 맞춤형 협력 장학을 추진하기로 했다.
장학 효과를 높이기 위해 학교와 교육청이 공유데이터 장학 시스템을 구축해 맞춤형으로 지원하기로 했다.
학교가 교육활동에 집중할 수 있도록 학교지원본부 통합지원과 학교행정 지원, 교육시설 지원 하기로 했다.
교육청 장학 기반도 재구축된다. 사업담당자별 장학에서 팀 단위 장학으로 전환 됨에 따라 교육청 부서 내 ,부서 간 협력적 장학 기반을 재구축하기로 했다.
최 교육감은 " 법령이나 지침에 의한 장학, 기초학력, 안전 등 학교필수 교육 활동과 사안 지원에 대한 장학은 유지하면서 학교의 권한과 자율성을 침해하는 전시성, 관행적, 장학에 대해서는 하지 않겠다"며 " 행정중심 장학에서 정책중심, 교육중심 장학으로 전환하고 교육활동 중심 장학으로 심화해 나가겠다"고 말했다.
