브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= KB국민은행은 오는 18일까지 ‘2025 제1차 KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회’의 참가 기업을 모집한다고 7일 밝혔다.
2011년부터 개최된 KB굿잡 취업박람회는 총 누적 방문자수가 122만 명에 이르는 단일 규모 국내 최대의 취업박람회다. 작년까지 총 26회를 운영하는 동안 5800여 구인기업이 참가했으며, 10만 여 건의 일자리 정보를 제공했다. 이를 바탕으로 4만1000여 취업준비생에게 일자리를 연결하며 ‘민간 주도의 일자리 창출’을 선도하고 있다.
올 5월 26일 서울 코엑스 D홀에서 열리는 이번 박람회는 KB금융그룹 추천 우수기업, 대기업 협력사, 코스닥 상장사 등 기존보다 더 많은 우량기업이 참가해 우수 인재들의 참여를 유도하는 ‘일자리 선순환 생태계’를 만들어 나갈 예정이다.
또한, KB국민은행은 박람회 참가 기업을 대상으로 인건비 및 금융비용 부담 완화를 위한 실질적인 혜택도 지원한다. 채용 정규직원 1인당 100만 원(기업당 연간 최대 1000만 원)의 채용지원금과 신규대출 신청 시 최대 1.3%p의 금리 우대를 제공한다. 참여를 원하는 기업은 KB굿잡 홈페이지에서 신청할 수 있다.
아울러 박람회 종료 이후에도 참가기업 인사담당자를 위해 KB굿잡 유관기관과 연계된 특화 인재 매칭 서비스를 무상 지원하는 등 중소·중견기업의 구인난 해소를 위한 다방면의 노력을 지속할 계획이다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “통계청 발표에 따르면 구직활동을 쉬고 있는 청년이 50만명을 넘어서는 등 최근 고용시장은 그 어느 때보다 침체돼 있다”며, “이번 2025 제1차 KB굿잡 우수기업 취업박람회 구인기업과 구직자 모두에게 도움이 되고, 채용시장의 활력소가 될 수 있도록 준비하겠다”고 전했다.
한편, KB금융그룹은 보훈 및 특성화고 부문 특별 채용 제도, 장애인 채용 심사 시 우대 가점을 적용, 사회적 기업과의 협의 등을 통해 다양한 인재들에게 자신의 역량을 발휘할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 있다.
