부천시에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 ‘살랑살랑 수목원’이라는 이름으로, 탁 트인 수목원을 산책하며 알록달록 다양한 봄꽃을 감상하며 그 속에 숨겨진 이야기를 들어볼 수 있다.
4월에는 ‘봄꽃의 여왕: 튤립과 수선화 이야기’, 5월에는 ‘약이 되는 꽃: 작약과 약용식물 이야기’ 등을 내용으로 진행된다.
부천의 5대 봄꽃인 진달래, 벚꽃, 복숭아꽃, 튤립, 장미와 함께 개나리, 산수유, 매화, 수선화, 작약 등 봄에 피는 다채로운 꽃을 만나 봄의 싱그러움도 느낄 수 있다.

또한, 부천시가 7일부터 관내 초등학교 180학급을 대상으로 ‘2025년 생태환경·기후교실’을 본격 운영한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면,‘생태환경·기후교실’은 미래세대의 환경문제 해결 역량을 높이고, 친환경 생활 실천을 유도하기 위해 매년 운영 중인 환경교육 프로그램이다.
2024년에는 환경부 주관 ‘우수 환경교육프로그램’으로 지정돼 대외적으로도 그 우수성을 인정받았다.
올해는 새롭게 공개 모집한 환경교육 전문 강사 20명이 참여해 프로그램의 전문성과 내실을 더욱 강화할 계획이다.
