브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령은 중국이 상호관세에 반발하며 관세 보복으로 대응하자, 당장 보복 관세를 철회하지 않으면 50%의 추가 관세를 부과하겠다고 으름장을 놨다.
류펑위 주미 중국대사관 대변인은 CNN과의 인터뷰에서 트럼프 대통령이 50% 추가 관세 부과로 위협한데 대해 "중국을 압박이나 위협하는 건 올바른 방법이 아니다"라고 비판했다.
그는 "중국은 합법적인 권리와 이익을 굳건히 지킬 것"이라며 즉각 대응에 나설 것임을 강조했다.
류펑위 대변인은 트럼프 행정부의 상호관세 부과에 대해서도 "다른 나라의 합법적인 이익을 희생시키면서 이기적인 이익을 추구하는 것"이라며 "국제 규칙보다 '미국 우선주의'를 우선시한다"고 규탄했다.
