충남 청양군이 주민과 함께 만드는 재정 운영을 실현하기 위해 ‘주민참여예산 제안사업 공모’를 연중 접수 방식으로 시행한다고 10일 밝혔다.
군은 주민 참여 확대와 예산 투명성 제고를 목표로 공모 기간을 대폭 늘리는 한편, 참여 대상과 운영 방식을 다양화해 주민 중심의 예산 편성 체계를 강화하겠다는 방침이다.
공모는 오는 12월 31일까지 접수 가능하며, 7월 이전에 접수된 사업은 2026년 본예산에, 이후 들어온 제안은 2027년 예산에 반영할 예정이다. 청양군에 거주하거나 생활권을 둔 주민이면 누구나 참여할 수 있으며, 청소년과 청년, 단체도 제안자로 참여할 수 있다.
제안서는 청양군청 홈페이지 내 ‘행정정보공개’ 메뉴의 ‘주민참여예산’ 코너를 통해 온라인으로 제출하거나, 팩스·우편·방문 접수 중 선택할 수 있다. 오프라인 접수는 각 읍·면 행정복지센터 총무팀이나 군청 기획감사실 예산팀에서 가능하다.
