거창군 남상면은 지난 10일 남상면 행정복지센터 면장실에서 청렴한 공직문화 조성을 위한 ‘청렴 소통의 날’을 운영했다고 14일 밝혔다.
남상면은 청렴한 조직문화를 구현하고 경직된 소통 방식을 개선하고자 지난해부터 매월 ‘청렴 소통의 날’을 운영하고 있다.
이날 행사에서는 산불 예방에 대한 고민을 나누고, 부패 방지 및 청렴 실천에 대한 직원 간의 의견을 공유하며 수평적인 공직문화를 조성하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
