충남 부여군이 영남권에서 발생한 대형 산불 피해 복구와 이재민 지원을 위해 총 2,421만 원의 성금을 모아 전달한다고 17일 밝혔다.
이번 성금은 부여군 소속 공직자들이 자발적으로 참여해 마련한 것으로, 전국적인 재난에 공감하고 고통을 나누고자 하는 따뜻한 연대의 뜻이 담겼다.
군은 최근 3년간 자연재해로 인해 특별재난지역으로 지정된 바 있으며, 당시 전국 각지에서 보내온 온정이 군민들의 일상 회복에 큰 힘이 되었다. 이번 성금 기탁은 그 시절 받은 도움에 대한 감사의 마음에서 비롯됐다는 설명이다.
