브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 강남구가 대치동 316번지 일대 은마아파트 재건축과 관련해 조합이 제출한 정비계획 변경(안)을 오는 18일부터 공람한다.
이번 변경(안)은 ‘도시 및 주거환경정비법’에 따라 18일부터 5월 21일까지 약 한 달간 공람이 진행되며, 주민 누구나 열람 후 의견을 제출할 수 있다. 공람 자료는 강남구청 재건축사업과, 대치2동주민센터, 구청 홈페이지에서 확인할 수 있다.
조합은 정비계획 변경(안)을 통해 지상 49층, 지하 4층 규모의 공동주택 5962세대(공공임대 891세대, 공공분양 122세대 포함) 및 부대복리시설 조성을 제안했다.
특히, 공원의 구조와 면적을 조정해 지상에는 소공원과 문화공원을 배치하고, 하부에는 주차장과 저류시설을 입체적으로 설계해 도시 인프라의 효율성을 높인 것이 특징이다.
문화공원 지하에는 침수 예방을 위한 저류시설이 들어서고, 소공원 하부에는 대치동 학원가 일대의 교통난 해소를 위한 공영주차장이 조성될 예정이다.
강남구는 이 변경안을 주민들이 충분히 이해할 수 있도록 오는 30일 오후 3시 그랜드힐컨벤션 3층에서 주민설명회를 개최한다. 설명회에서는 정비계획 변경의 주요 내용을 소개하고, 현장에서 질의응답을 통해 주민의 의견을 직접 청취할 계획이다.
