스타트 업과 벤처기업에 투자와 컨설팅하는 코리아엔젤스협동조합은 강남 삼성동 오트리스 빌딩에서 제8기 조합원 총회를 열고 김종태 신임이사장을 제 2대회장으로 선출했다고 18일 밝혔다.

코리아엔젤스협동조합은 지난 2017년 스타트 업과 벤처기업 생태계 활성화를 위해 대한민국의 대표적인 50여개의 엔젤클럽과 크라우드펀딩회사와 벤처캐피털등 관계자 참가해 설립했다.
이번 총회의 안건은 △ 이사장과 등기임원 변경 △본점 사무실 이전 △결산보고 △감사보고서 승인 순으로 진행됐으며 협동조합의 본점은 삼성동 오트리스빌딩으로 이전하기로 했다.

2기 사무총장에는 최승원 티움벤처스 대표가 감사에는 빅뱅벤처스 서영석 이사가 선임됐으며 지난 8년간 1기를 성공적으로 이끌어 온 신영건 이사장,이봉수 사무총장,전상호 감사가 감사패를 받았다.
2대 김종태 이사장은 취임사에서 “2기 이사장을 맡아 책임이 막중하지만 임원과 조합원들과 함께 조직을 강화하고 성과를 창출해 명실공히 스타트 업과 벤처기업 생태계 활성화에 기여하는 협동조합을 만들겠다.“고 포부를 밝혔다.
