In the transportation industry, women's length of service (9.5 years) was 92.6% of that of men (10.2 years), but their annual salary was 64 million won, which was 66.2% of that of men (97 million won).

In the banking industry, the average length of service was 15.4 years for men and 14.5 years for women, which was not a big difference, but men's annual salary was 128 million won, which was 24.5% higher than that of women (97 million won).

In addition, in the service, energy, and distribution industries, women's average length of service was longer, at over 80% of that of men, but their average annual salary was lower, at 75.6%, 70.4%, and 68.8%, respectively.

Shinhan Card was the company with the longest overall length of service despite a small difference in length of service between men and women. The average length of service at Shinhan Card was 19.3 years, which was longer for women (19.6 years) than for men (19.0 years).

Also, Eco Plastic (18.7 years), Korean Air (18.4 years), ABL Life Insurance (18.0 years), and Standard Chartered Bank Korea (17.9 years) also showed long average length of service.
