신천지예수교회 이만희 총회장은 최근 전국 신천지예수교회를 순회하며 단에 올라 설교 때마다 계 22장 18~19절을 들어 “계시록을 가감해선 안된다, 가감하는 자는 천국에 갈 수 없다”며 요한계시록을 생각과 마음에 기록해야 한다고 외치고 있다.
신천지예수교 증거장막성전측은 이 자료에서 “신천지 총회 교육부는 전 성도들을 인쳐 천국 입성 자격자가 되게 하려는 이만희 총회장의 의중에 따라 ‘인 맞음 확인 시험’을 전 세계 신천지 성도를 대상으로 시행 중이다. 코로나19로 전 세계가 어려울 때 온라인으로 시작했던 이 시험은 현재 성전에서 대면으로 시행하고 있으며, 전 세계 신천지예수교회 성도들이 걸어 다니는 성경이 될 수 있도록 매주 시험을 실시하고 있다”고 설명했다.
신천지예수교회에서 전 성도가 매주 치르는 성경 시험 내용은 신약 4복음서의 예언과 요한계시록 전장을 중심으로 출제된다. 신천지예수교회는 이 시험을 하나님의 말씀을 마음에 인치는 훈련이자 새 언약 계시록을 지키는 일이라고 설명했다.
신천지 총회 교육부에 따르면, 올해 1월부터 4월까지 치러진 전 성도 인 맞음 확인 시험의 전체 평균 점수는 99점이며, 응시율은 97%, 응시자의 99.9%가 90점 이상을 기록했다. 이는 말씀을 향한 성도들의 몰입도와 수준 높은 신앙의식을 보여주는 수치다.

The content of the Bible test that all believers take every week at Shincheonji Church of Jesus is centered around the prophecies of the four gospels of the New Testament and the entire Book of Revelation. According to the Shincheonji General Assembly Education Department, the overall average score of the all-members’ identity verification test conducted from January to April of this year was 99 points, with an application rate of 97% and 99.9% of test takers scoring 90 points or higher. These figures show the level of immersion of believers in the Word and their high level of religious awareness.
