(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 21일, ‘읽걷쓰 올바로 습관, 학습역량 다짐’ 운영 결과, 4월 우수 활용 학급으로 인천부곡초등학교 4학년 5반 등 3개 학급을 선정했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, ‘읽걷쓰 올바로 습관, 학습 역량 다짐’은 학생들이 일상에서 생활 습관과 학습 실천을 점검하고 성찰할 수 있도록 개발된 보드형 체크리스트 프로그램이다.
학생들은 전용 웹사이트에 매일 실천 내용을 사진으로 인증하며 자기 주도적 습관을 형성하고 있다.
4월 한 달간 총 17개 학급, 129명의 학생이 948회의 인증 활동에 참여했으며, 이 중 인천부곡초 4학년 5반은 26명의 학생이 449회의 인증을 기록해 가장 활발한 참여를 보였다.
이 외에도 인천개흥초 5학년 1반과 양사초 4학년 1반이 우수 학급으로 선정됐다.
인천시교육청은 5월 20일 인천부곡초 4학년 5반 교실을 깜짝 방문해, 캐릭터 ‘힘찬이’와 ‘자람이’가 간식 상자를 전달하고 학생들의 꾸준한 실천을 격려했다.
학생들은 인터뷰를 통해 활동 소감과 성찰 내용을 나누며 성취감을 표현했다.
인천시교육청 관계자는 “하루의 작은 실천이 모여 삶을 변화하듯 ‘읽걷쓰’ 활동을 통해 학생들의 자기 주도성과 학습 역량 성장을 지속해서 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 인천시교육청은 참여 학급을 확대하고 매월 우수 학급을 선정해 격려할 계획이다.
