(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부평구가 27일, 인천시가 주최한 2025년 지방세 업무 연찬회 연구과제 발표 대회에서 2년 연속 ‘최우수상’을 수상했다고 27일 밝혔다.
부평구에 따르면, 이번 대회는 인천시가 지방세 정책 역량 강화를 위해 주최한 것으로, 10개 군·구 지방세 담당자들이 각자 연구한 과제로 참여해 열띤 경연을 펼쳤다.
세무2과 성대훈 주무관은 ‘새는 건설기계 구조변경 취득세, 보수공사 하자!’를 연구과제로 삼아 건설기계 구조변경 취득세 관련 문제점을 살펴보고, 개선할 수 있는 방법을 고안했다.
이를 통해 납세자 편의를 도모하면서 지방세 세원의 효율적 관리가 가능한 새로운 지방세 과세 방안을 제시해 1위를 차지했다.
이번 수상으로 성 주무관은 올 하반기 진행 예정인 행정안전부 주관 ‘2025년도 전국 지방세 발전포럼’에 인천시 대표로 참가할 예정이다.
부평구 관계자는 “지역 주민에게 양질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 신규 세원 발굴 및 납세자 편의시책 추진 등 지방세 발전 방안을 위한 연구를 지속하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 지방세원 발굴과 세무공무원 역량 강화를 위해 꾸준히 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 부평구는 앞서 지난 2022년 최우수상, 2023년 우수상, 2024년 최우수상을 각각 수상하며 네 번 연속 수상을 달성했다.
