(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 28일, 여름철 집중호우와 태풍 등 자연 재난에 대비해 ‘2025년 여름철 자연 재난 대비 추진계획’을 수립하고, 5월부터 10월까지를 집중 관리 기간으로 정해 선제 대응에 나섰다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 교육청은 학교 시설 전반에 대한 점검을 진행하고 있으며 관내 유·초·중·고·특수학교 및 직속기관의 건축물과 시설물을 대상으로 지반 침하, 균열, 마감재, 옹벽·석축 등 주요 부대시설의 안전 상태를 중점 점검하고 있다.
특히 옹벽, 기숙사, 공사장 등 6개 분야 124개소를 재해취약시설로 지정해 집중 관리 중이며, 공사장은 민관합동점검, 그 외 시설은 자체 점검을 통해 위험 요소를 사전 진단.개선하고 있다.
또한, 산비탈 붕괴에 대비해 C등급 비탈면이 있는 40개교 68개소에 대한 재해위험도 평가를 완료해 잠재적 위험요소를 사전에 파악했다.
기상특보 발령 시에는 SMS와 공문 등을 통해 학교에 신속히 상황을 전파하고, 학교장은 학생 안전을 최우선으로 등·하교 시간 조정이나 휴업 등 학사 운영 결정을 내리게 된다.
