충남 계룡시가 청소년들의 진로 탐색을 돕기 위해 마련한 ‘드림페스타’가 지난 28일 성황리에 마무리됐다.
시와 논산계룡교육지원청이 공동으로 주최하고, 청소년별마루센터가 주관한 이번 행사에는 지역 청소년 580여 명이 참여해 진로에 대한 시야를 넓히는 뜻깊은 시간을 가졌다.
행사는 ‘별 잡(JOB)아라! 드림페스타!’라는 슬로건 아래 청소년들이 스스로의 꿈을 설계하고 구체화할 수 있도록 구성됐다. 계룡시 청소년별마루센터에서 진행된 이날 축제는 지역 내 9개 기관과 학교가 참여해 총 18개 부스를 운영했으며, 직업 체험·상담·공연·포토존 등 다채로운 프로그램이 마련돼 큰 호응을 얻었다.
가장 이목을 끈 프로그램은 구독자 27만 명을 보유한 인기 유튜버 허성범이 참여한 '진로 토크콘서트'였다. 사전 예약이 조기 마감될 정도로 관심이 높았으며, 행사장을 가득 메운 학생들은 유튜버의 생생한 경험담에 깊이 공감했다.
행사장 곳곳에는 진로 관련 정보와 체험 활동이 조화를 이룬 공간들이 조성됐다. 직업 체험 부스에서는 실제 업무 환경을 체험하거나 전문가들과 직접 소통할 수 있는 기회가 제공돼 학생들의 몰입도가 높았다.
청소년들의 공연과 창작 콘텐츠도 행사에 활기를 더했다. 자신들의 재능을 무대에서 표현한 청소년들은 관객의 박수를 받으며 자존감을 높였고, 또래들의 진로 탐색에 긍정적 자극을 주는 계기가 됐다.
