(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인교육대학교가 2일, 교육부가 주관하는 ‘2025~2026년 고교교육 기여대학 지원사업’ 에 선정되며, 14년 연속 사업 선정이라는 의미있는 성과를 거뒀다고 밝혔다.
경인교대에 따르면, 이번 사업은 대학이 공정하고 투명한 대입전형을 운영하고, 고교교육과의 연계성을 강화하여 수험생의 대입 부담을 완화할 수 있도록 지원하는 사업이다.
2025년은 2주기(2025~2026년) 사업의 첫 해로, 2022~2024년 사업 운영 성과 및 향후 전형 운영계획을 종합적으로 평가하여 대학을 선정하였다.
경인교육대학교는 학생부종합전형의 평가 기준 및 절차의 신뢰성 제고, 내·외부 감시체계 구축, 고교 교육과정에 기반한 심층면접 등을 통해 사교육 영향 최소화와 대입전형의 공정성 확보에 주력해왔다.
이를 통해 고등학교 교육과정 중심의 대입 준비 환경을 조성하고, 수험생과 학부모의 부담을 줄이는 데 기여하였다.
경인교육대학교 최종현 입학본부장은 “공정하고 신뢰받는 대입전형을 운영하기 위해 지속적으로 노력한 수고들이 이번 사업 선정을 통해 좋은 결실을 가져온 것 같다” 며, “우리 대학은 고교 교육과정과의 연계를 강화하고, 예비 초등교사의 적성과 역량을 공정하게 평가할 수 있는 전형 체계를 고도화해 나감과 동시에 수요자 중심의 입학정보 제공과 입학사정관 역량 강화를 통해 교육의 공공성과 사회적 책무를 성실히 이행하겠다.” 고 밝혔다.
