(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 계양구가 2일 부터 사회적 단절 위험이 있는 청년들을 조기 발굴하고 맞춤형 서비스를 신속하게 연계하기 위해, ‘고립·은둔 청년 실태 조사’를 실시한다고 밝혔다.
계양구에 따르면, 이번 조사는 2025년 지자체 복지사각지대 발굴 사업의 일환으로, 사회적 고립 위험에 노출된 청년의 현황을 파악하고자 진행된다.
조사 대상은 19세부터 39세 이하의 건강보험 지역가입자 중, 2024년 1월 1일 이후 고용보험 상실 이력이 있고, 건강보험료 체납 이력이 있는 236명이다.
조사는 1차와 2차로 나뉘어 실시된다. 먼저, 1차 조사는 6월 2일~13일까지 큐알(QR) 코드가 포함된 안내문을 우편 발송해 온라인 설문으로 진행된다.
이후, 2차 조사는 6월 16일부터 7월 18일까지 전화나 방문 방식으로 실시되며, 1차 조사 미응답자 또는 위험 신호가 감지된 응답자를 대상으로 한다.
조사 항목은 인적 사항, 경제활동 여부, 외출 빈도 및 은둔 정도, 사회적 고립감 등이며, 조사 결과 위기 청년에게는 상담, 복지 서비스, 사례관리, 심리·정서 지원 등 다양한 맞춤형 지원이 연계될 예정이다.
