(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 호국보훈도시 인천이 6월 순국선열과 호국영령을 추모하는 다양한 행사를 통해 예우 문화 선도에 나선다.
인천시가 5일, 6월 호국보훈의 달을 맞아, 순국선열과 호국영령의 숭고한 희생정신을 기리고 시민의 애국심을 함양하기 위한 다양한 행사를 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 행사는 ‘그들이 지켜낸 어제, 우리가 피워낼 내일’이라는 슬로건 아래 국가를 위한 희생과 공헌을 기억·추모, 국가에 대한 헌신에 보담하는 예우와 감사, 호국 보훈 정신 계승을 위한 캠페인 등을 주제로 다양한 프로그램이 진행된다.
○ 국가를 위한 희생과 공헌을 기억·추모
먼저, 제70회 현충일 추념식이 6일(금) 오전 10시 수봉공원 현충탑에서 개최된다.
추념식에는 보훈단체 및 유가족, 시민 등 약 400여명이 참석해 순국선열과 호국영령에 대한 묵념과 헌화, 분향 등을 진행할 예정이다.
이어 6월 10일(화)에는 제14회 해군첩보부대 특수임무전사자 추모식이 월미공원 내 해군첩보부대 충혼탑에서, 6월 25일(수)에는 6.25전쟁 제75주년 기념식이 인천광역시청 대회의실에서 개최될 예정이다.

또한, 육군제17보병사단 군수품 전시회를 6월 21일(토) 인천상륙작전기념관 야외전시장에서 개최한다.
