충청남도는 6일, 제70회 현충일을 맞아 충남보훈공원 충혼탑 광장에서 추념식을 열고 순국선열과 호국영령의 희생정신을 기렸다.
이날 추념식은 오전 10시, 전국적인 묵념 사이렌과 함께 시작됐다. 김태흠 충남도지사, 김지철 충남도교육감, 김지면 제32보병사단장을 비롯해 도내 보훈단체 관계자, 유가족, 시민 등 약 550명이 자리했다.
