전북 동부권의 의료취약 해소를 위한 숙원이 결실을 맺어 본격적인 운영에 돌입했다.
무주군은 9일 '무주 군립요양병원'개원식을 열고 동부권 최초 공립요양병원 운영을 공식 선언했다.
이날 개원식은 더불어민주당 안호영 국회의원과 김관영 전북도지사ㆍ황인홍 무주군수ㆍ오광석 무주군의회 의장을 비롯 전북자치도의회ㆍ무주군의회 의원ㆍ유관기관 및 지역 주민 등 300여 명이 참석한 가운데 성황리에 열렸다.
