세종충남대병원, 아동학대전담의료기관 실무자 교육 개최

세종충남대학교병원(병원장 권계철)이 오는 다음달 3일, 오전 9시 30분부터 병원 본관 4층 도담홀에서 '2025년 광역 아동학대전담의료기관 실무자 교육세미나'를 연다. 

이번 교육은 ‘광역새싹지킴이병원’으로서의 역할을 강화하고, 지역 내 아동보호 실무자들의 전문 역량을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

이번 세미나는 세종충남대병원 아동보호위원회, 세종특별자치시아동보호전문기관, 연세나무정신건강의학과의원 등 세 개 기관이 협력하여 공동 주최한다. 세종 지역 아동 관련 실무자 약 100명이 한자리에 모일 예정이다.

첫 강의는 세종특별자치시아동보호전문기관 황미영 관장이 맡는다. 황 관장은 세종 권역 내 아동학대 대응체계에 대한 전반적인 설명과 함께, 실무자들이 업무 현장에서 참고할 수 있는 구조적 흐름을 짚어준다.

이어 세종 1호 지역새싹지킴이병원으로 지정된 연세나무정신건강의학과의원 김현진 원장이 단상에 선다. 김 원장은 ADHD(주의력결핍 과잉행동장애) 질환에 대한 임상적 이해와 함께, 보호자 참여를 바탕으로 한 생활지도 방안 등을 구체적으로 제시할 예정이다. 김 원장의 강의는 아동 정신건강 문제와 학대 예방 사이의 연계를 이해하는 데 초점을 맞춘다.

세종충남대병원 이병국 아동보호위원회 위원장(소아청소년과 교수)은 “아동학대는 우리 사회의 안전망을 훼손하고 아이들의 행복한 성장을 저해하는 심각한 문제”라며 “이번 교육이 우리 아이들을 보호하고 지원하는데 필요한 역량을 강화하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다”고 했다.

한편, 세종충남대병원은 광역 아동학대전담의료기관으로서 지역 내 아동학대 사례 평가와 보호 지원을 수행하고 있으며, 유관기관과의 협력을 통해 전문적인 대응체계 구축에 힘쓰고 있다.

Next, Director Kim Hyeon-jin of Yonsei Namu Mental Health Clinic, designated as the first regional sprout guardian hospital in Sejong, will take the stage. Director Kim will present a clinical understanding of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and specific lifestyle guidance methods based on parental participation. Director Kim’s lecture focuses on understanding the connection between children’s mental health issues and abuse prevention.
