충남 계룡시(시장 이응우)가 오는 2030년을 내다본 도시 경관의 방향성을 정비하고자 시민들과 머리를 맞댔다.
시는 지난 12일 보훈회관에서 ‘계룡시 경관기본계획 재정비 주민공청회’를 개최하고, 지역 주민과 관련 분야 전문가, 공무원 등 70여 명이 참석한 가운데 계획의 전반을 공유하고 폭넓은 의견을 수렴하는 자리를 마련했다.
이번 공청회는 경관기본계획 재정비(안)에 대한 설명을 시작으로, 전문가 토론과 시민 의견 청취, 질의응답 순으로 이어졌다. 시는 이번 계획을 통해 ‘자연과 빛의 조화, 낮과 밤의 상생도시 계룡’이라는 도시 경관의 미래상을 제시하며, 도시 전반의 경관 요소를 체계적으로 점검하고 재설계하는 데 중점을 뒀다.
