브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 지난 14일 강남원효성빌라 재건축정비사업 정기총회에서 시공사로 선정되었다고 16일 밝혔다.
이 사업은 서울 서초구 반포동 591-1외 6필지에 지하 6층~지상 4층 11개동 규모의 공동주택 132세대 및 부대복리시설을 신축하는 사업으로 공사비는 3387억원(VAT 별도) 규모다.
3.3㎡당 공사비는 1550만원으로 최근 시공사 선정이 완료된 한남4구역에(3.3㎡당 약 940만원)에 비해서도 높은 수준의 공사비다.
대우건설은 강남원효성빌라의 새로운 단지명으로 ‘트라나(TRANA) 서래’를 제안했다. 트라나는 ‘안식처’란 의미로, 프라이버시와 생명력이 강화된 아파트를 뛰어넘는 새로운 포맷의 주거 형태를 상징한다.
대우건설 관계자는 “대우건설은 뉴욕의 트럼프월드와 한남더힐에 이어 트라나 서래까지 세계 주요 도시 최상위 력셔리 주거문화를 선도하는 주택명가로써 다시 한 번 검증받았다”며 “현재 진행중인 써밋 브랜드 리뉴얼과 개포우성7차 입찰을 통해 하이엔드 2.0시대를 선도해 나가겠다”고 전했다.
