충남 서천군의회(의장 김경제)가 16일 제331회 제1차 정례회 개회식을 열고 오는 27일까지 12일간의 공식 일정에 들어갔다.
이번 정례회에서는 예산 결산을 비롯한 각종 조례안 심의, 민간위탁 성과보고 청취, 행정사무감사 등이 순차적으로 진행될 예정이다.

김경제 의장은 개회사에서 "행정사무감사는 지방자치단체의 행정사무 전반에 대하여 그 상태를 정확히 파악하고 행정의 잘못된 부분을 바로잡아 행정이 효율적으로 수행될 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로 지방의회의 가장 중요한 역할”이라고 강조했다.
