이번 상견례는 지난 4월 1일 공식 출범한 제10대 노동조합 집행부와의 첫 공식 만남으로 마련됐다. 이날 행사는 노사 대표 인사에 이어, 희망과 협력을 상징하는 희망 메시지 작성 순서로 진행됐다. 양측은 희망 메시지를 통해 “노사 간 상호 존중과 신뢰를 바탕으로 견고한 협력관계를 구축하자”고 다짐했다.
한수원 노사는 이번 상견례를 통해 신뢰와 소통을 기반으로 지속 가능한 노사관계 발전을 약속했다. 특히 급변하는 에너지 산업 환경 속에서 상호 협력하여 국민에게 안정적이고 깨끗한 에너지 공급에 최선을 다하겠다는 공동 의지를 확인했다.
이날 자리에서는 최근 체코 신규원전 본계약 체결을 놓고도 노사가 서로를 격려하며, 책임감을 가지고 안전한 원전 건설을 추진할 것을 다짐하기도 했다.
한수원 관계자는 “이번 상견례는 노경 상생의 기반을 다지는 뜻깊은 자리였다”며, “앞으로도 노경이 상호 존중과 협력을 바탕으로 지속 가능한 성장과 발전을 함께 이뤄 나가겠다”고 말했다.
