충남 금산군이 지역경제 활력의 불씨를 지폈다. 지난 17일 충남도청 대회의실에서 열린 ‘충청남도 시군 합동 투자협약식’에서 금산군은 4개 기업과의 협약을 통해 총 1166억 원 규모의 투자를 유치했다고 18일 밝혔다.
이번 행사에는 박범인 금산군수를 비롯해 김태흠 충남도지사, 도내 시군 단체장, 기업 대표 등 100여 명이 참석했으며, 충남도 내 10개 시군과 29개 기업이 함께 투자 의향을 밝히는 자리였다.
금산군은 이날 '농업회사법인 금산흑삼㈜', '㈜하이푸드텍', '㈜하이드로리튬', '경방신약㈜' 등 4곳과 각각 투자협약을 체결했다. 이들 기업은 공장 신설 및 확장, 생산 설비 증설 등을 통해 금산 지역에 약 299명의 일자리를 창출할 것으로 기대된다. 군은 이를 통해 지역산업과의 상생은 물론, 인구 유입 효과도 있을 것으로 내다보고 있다.
