해당 서비스는 QR결제, 제로페이, KB Pay 등 간편결제 서비스와 건강보험QR 등 신분 확인 서비스를 통합한 서비스다.
실제 지갑에서 카드랑 신분증을 꺼내 사용하는 것처럼, 고객들은 KB스타뱅킹 홈 화면에서 결제 및 신분 확인 서비스를 간편하게 사용할 수 있다. 추후 도입될 예정인 ‘모바일 신분증’도 ‘지갑’ 서비스를 통해 제공할 예정이다.
또한, KB국민은행은 고객 행동 분석을 기반으로 KB스타뱅킹의 홈 화면도 개편했다. 상담 기능을 상품 및 계좌 조회 영역으로 조정하는 등 핵심 서비스 위주로 배치해 홈 화면을 직관적인 디자인과 UX로 구성한 것이 특징이다.
KB국민은행 관계자는 “이번 서비스는 고객들이 KB스타뱅킹을 일상생활에서 더욱 유용하게 활용하시길 바라는 마음으로 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 고객 중심의 KB스타뱅킹을 위해 지속적인 노력을 이어가겠다”고 말했다.
