(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 25일, 시민의 자살예방 인식 개선과 생명존중 문화 확산을 위해 시민 참여형 ‘인천광역시 생명사랑 이모티콘 공모전’을 개최한다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 이번 공모전은 시민들이 자발적으로 참여해 생명사랑의 메시지를 이모티콘으로 표현하고 전파할 수 있도록 기획됐으며, 자살예방에 대한 사회적 관심을 높이고 시민 중심의 생명존중 문화를 조성하는 데 목적이 있다.
공모전은 인천시가 주최하고 인천광역시자살예방센터와 인천시교육청이 공동으로 주관하며, 6월 25일부터 7월 31일까지 진행된다.
공모 분야는 일반부와 아동.청소년부로 구분되며, 인천 시민은 물론 인천시 소재 학교에 재학 중이거나 직장을 다니는 사람이라면 누구나 개인 자격으로 참여할 수 있다.
참가자는 인천광역시자살예방센터의 캐릭터 ‘드니&나래’를 활용해 자살예방과 생명사랑의 의미를 담은 24종의 이모티콘을 제작해 제출하면 된다.
접수된 작품은 적합성, 대중성, 활용성, 독창성 등을 기준으로 심사되며, 일반부 대상 1명(인천시장상), 아동·청소년 대상 1명(인천시교육감상), 각 부문 우수상과 최우수상(인천광역시자살예방센터장상) 각 1명, 장려상(인천광역시자살예방센터) 각 5명 등 총 16개 작품을 선정하여 상장과 상금이 수여될 예정이다.
시상식은 오는 9월, ‘인천광역시 자살예방의 날’ 기념행사에서 진행될 예정이며, 수상작은 네이버 OGQ 크리에이터 스튜디오 등록(대상, 우수상)과 함께 인천시 자살예방 홍보 활동에 적극 활용되어 생명존중의 긍정 메시지를 전파하게 된다.
참가 신청은 인천광역시자살예방센터 누리집의 공지사항에서 신청 서식을 내려받아, 이메일로 제출하면 된다.
