【브레이크뉴스 경북】진예솔 기자=장애학생들을 위한 포용적 디지털 축제, '2025 경북 장애학생 e페스티벌'이 27일 안동 국립경북대학교 안동캠퍼스에서 성황리에 열렸다.
경북교육청이 주최한 이번 행사는 도내 특수학교 및 특수학급 학생, 교사, 학부모 등 200여 명이 참여한 가운데 정보격차 해소와 디지털 역량 강화라는 목표 아래 다채롭게 펼쳐졌다.
축제는 정보경진 9개 종목과 e스포츠 6개 종목 등 총 15개 부문으로 구성됐다. 참가 학생들은 아래한글, 파워포인트, 코딩, 동영상 제작 등의 정보기술 실력을 겨뤘고, 닌텐도 배구, 모두의마블, 클래시로얄 같은 게임에서는 치열한 e스포츠 경합이 이어졌다.
특히 현장에는 향긋한 커피 향이 감도는 특별한 커피 트럭이 등장해 눈길을 끌었다. 도내 특수학교 전공과 학생들이 직접 운영한 이 커피 트럭은 음료와 간식을 정성껏 준비해 관람객과 참가자에게 따뜻한 환대와 쉼을 선사했다.
참가자들은 포토존에서 가족, 친구, 지도교사와 함께 기념 사진을 남기며 대회의 추억을 오래도록 간직했다. 다양한 테마 배경과 소품은 긴장된 경연 분위기를 부드럽게 풀어주는 요소로 작용했다.
종목별 우수 학생과 지도교사에게는 교육감상이 수여되며, 이들은 오는 9월 강원도 홍천에서 열리는 전국 장애학생 e페스티벌 본선에 경북 대표로 출전한다.
임종식 경북교육감은 “장애학생들도 디지털 사회의 당당한 일원으로 성장할 수 있다는 가능성을 확인한 자리였다”며 “앞으로도 학생 개개인의 다양성과 역량을 존중하는 교육환경을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 밝혔다.

The '2025 Gyeongbuk Disabled Students e-Festival', an inclusive digital festival for disabled students, was held successfully on the 27th at the Andong National University Andong Campus.
Hosted by the Gyeongbuk Office of Education, this event was held with the goal of eliminating the information gap and strengthening digital capabilities, with the participation of about 200 students, teachers, and parents from special schools and special classes in the province.

In particular, a special coffee truck with a fragrant coffee scent appeared at the site, drawing attention. This coffee truck, operated directly by students majoring in special schools in the province, prepared drinks and snacks with care, providing warm hospitality and rest to visitors and participants.
Participants took commemorative photos with their families, friends, and instructors at the photo zone to keep the memories of the competition for a long time. Various themed backgrounds and props served as elements that softened the tense atmosphere of the competition.
The Superintendent’s Award was given to the best students and instructors in each category, and they will represent Gyeongbuk in the finals of the National Disabled Students e-Festival held in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do in September.
Gyeongbuk Superintendent of Education Lim Jong-sik said, “This was an opportunity to confirm the possibility that disabled students can grow into proud members of the digital society,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to create an educational environment that respects the diversity and capabilities of each student.”
