더불어민주당 당대표 선거에 출마한 정청래 의원(서울 마포을, 국회 국방위원회)은 7월 3일(목) 오전 국회 의원회관에서 오송 참사 유가족·생존자들과 간담회를 가졌다.
40여분간 진행된 이 날 간담회에서 유가족·생존자들은 국정조사와 책임자 처벌, 행안부의 재난원인조사, 광역시도별 참사 피해자를 위한 트라우마 센터 설치 등을 요청했다.
정청래 의원은 오송 참사 유가족·생존자들을 만나 "국정조사, 철저한 수사, 광역시도별 트라우마센터 추진 등 진상규명과 충분한 지원대책, 향후 재발 방지를 위해서 이재명 정부와 손발 맞춰 최선을 다하겠다."고 밝혔다.
