충남 금산군이 어린이도 즐길 수 있는 새로운 인삼 요리 개발에 나선다.
군은 ‘전국 인삼음식경진대회’ 참가자를 오는 7월 21일까지 모집한다고 7일 밝혔다. 이번 행사는 전통 건강식품으로 알려진 인삼을 보다 친숙한 식문화로 확산시키기 위해 마련됐다.
