(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 지난 8일 샤펠드미앙에서 교직원, 학생, 학부모 등 150여 명이 참석한 가운데 ‘학교를 학교답게, 인천 학교현장지원 방안 선포식’을 개최하고, ‘학교다움을 채우는 인천 학교현장지원 방안 100선’을 공식 발표했다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 방안은 ‘학교를 삶으로, 일상을 배움으로’라는 2025년 정책 방향 실현을 위한 것으로, 교원업무지원과 신설 이후 1만 5천여 명 대상 설문조사, 과제발굴단, 대토론회, 간담회 등에서 제안된 총 355건의 과제 중 최종 100선과 지속 추진 과제 33선을 확정했다.
지원 방안은 학교 밖 이관 10선, 업무 경감 및 효율화 30선, 맞춤형 지원 60선의 3대 영역으로 추진된다.
학교 밖 이관은 비본질적 업무를 교육청이나 전문기관으로 이관하는 것으로, 미취(입)학 아동 관리, 생존수영 교육, 기간제 교원 호봉 획정, 실외 놀이시설 소독 등이 포함된다.
업무 경감 및 효율화는 디지털 전환과 시스템 구축을 통해 업무를 간소화하는 것으로, 학기초 업무 꾸러미 제공, NEIS 학교일지 폐지, 정책사업 정비, AI 학교업무도우미 도입 등이 추진된다.
맞춤형 지원은 학교급과 특성에 따라 유치원 통학버스 매뉴얼 개발, 초등 맞춤형 학부모 교육, 중학교 스포츠클럽 강사 지원, 고교 교과전담순회교사 배치, 직업계고 소프트웨어 공동 구매, 도서·다문화 밀집학교 지원 체제 강화 등이 포함된다.
또한 교육과정, 심리·정서, 학교 안전, 시설 개선 등 다양한 영역별 지원도 병행된다.
이외에도 학급당 학생 수 조정, 행정 인력 확충, 교복·체육복 공동구매 등 중장기 과제는 법령 개정과 협의체 운영을 통해 단계적으로 추진할 방침이다.
