디지털 전환이 전 산업에 걸쳐 본격화되는 가운데, 미래를 대비하는 혁신 리더들의 여정이 성공적으로 마무리됐다.
한남대학교 미래인재대학원은 15일 오후 5시, 한남대 56주년기념관 1층 대회의실에서 ‘AI 기반 디지털혁신전략 최고위과정(DIP)’ 제1기 수료식을 성황리에 개최했다.
이번 수료식은 지난 4개월 동안 함께한 수료생들의 성장을 축하하고, 미래를 향한 새로운 도약을 다짐하는 의미 있는 시간으로 꾸며졌다.
이번 DIP 과정은 디지털 전환 시대에 대응하는 고급 전략 교육을 목표로, 중소·벤처기업 임직원, 창업가, 언론인 등 다양한 분야의 현장 전문가들을 대상으로 운영됐다.
참가자들은 기술 중심 교육에 머물지 않고, 인문학적 소양과 사람 중심의 가치까지 포괄하는 융합형 커리큘럼을 통해 자신만의 통찰과 리더십을 확장해왔다.
수료식은 이가희 책임교수의 개회 선언으로 시작됐다. 이어진 환영 행사에서는 아날로그 감성과 예술적 품격이 더해진 특별한 퍼포먼스가 펼쳐졌다. 심유문자융합예술연구원의 신경화 캘리그라퍼가 수료생 한 사람 한 사람의 이름을 정성스럽게 붓글씨로 써 내려가며, 디지털 시대 속에서도 인간 중심의 가치를 잊지 않겠다는 DIP의 교육 철학을 상징적으로 표현했다.

DIP 1기 회장을 맡으며 동료들을 이끌었던 박경철 원우가 총장상 수상자 3인 중 한 명으로 이름을 올렸고, 서울에서 대전까지 매주 수업에 빠짐없이 참여해 개근상을 받은 (주)네비웍스 이경우 상무이사 역시 깊은 인상을 남겼다.
박경철 원우는 “지난 4개월간 DIP 과정을 통해 AI와 디지털 전환에 대한 깊이 있는 통찰을 얻을 수 있었고, 원우들과의 네트워크는 앞으로의 혁신 여정에 큰 자산이 될 것”이라고 수상 소감을 밝혔다.
이어 이경우 상무이사는 “수업 하나하나가 실무에 큰 도움이 되었고, 원우들과의 친교 또한 소중한 경험이었다”고 말했다.
