(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시의회가 17일, 건설교통위원회에서 미추2구역 재개발 동의서 재징구 등 전반적인 현안 점검에 착수했다고 밝혔다.
인천시의회에 따르면, 건설교통위원회는 지난 16일, 주안2·4동 재정비촉진지구의 주민 제안 동의서 및 관련 구 방침의 적정성을 상세하게 점검하고, 나아가 현행 조례·시행규칙의 정비를 통해 재개발 사업의 원활한 추진을 도모하기 위한 소위원회를 구성·운영하기로 결정했다.
이날 건설교통위원회는 ‘소위원회 구성 및 운영의 건’ 회의를 열고 출석 의원 전원 찬성으로 통과됐다.
이번 소위원회는 김대중 위원장을 중심으로 김용희·석정규·박종혁·이단비·이인교 의원 총 6명으로 구성되며, 오는 8월 첫 회의를 시작으로 3개월간 활동을 이어갈 예정이다.
소위원회는 특히 주안2·4동 재정비촉진지구 내 미추2 존치관리구역과 관련하여 미추홀구 내부 방침의 타당성을 집중 점검할 계획이다.
이 과정에서 관계 공무원의 출석과 관련 자료 제출을 요구해 심층적인 점검이 이뤄질 전망이다.
김대중 위원장은 “현재 구에서는 내부 방침에 따라 연번이 부여된 새로운 서식의 동의서를 재징구하도록 요구하고 있으며, 이로 인해 토지소유자 등이 수년간에 걸쳐 확보해 온 동의서가 인정되지 않는 상황”이라고 지적하며 “이번 소위원회를 통해 재정비촉진지구 내 정비사업 전반에 대해 인천시 조례와 구 내부 방침 등을 면밀히 검토하고 현안에 대한 합리적인 개선방안을 마련할 계획”이라고 말했다.
한편, ‘주안2·4동 재정비촉진지구’는 총 41개 구역(재개발5, 도시개발 1, 존치관리 10 등)으로 구성돼 있으며, 현재 미추4·5·6·7 존치관리구역의 촉진구역 편입을 위한 촉진계획 변경 절차가 진행 중이다.

또한, 인천시의회가 지난 16일 의회 접견실에서 ‘인천의정소식 시민기자단(10명)’ 위촉식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
인천시의회에 따르면, 이번에 위촉된 10명의 시민기자단은 내년 6월 30일까지 약 1년간 활동하며, 시민의 시선에서 인천시의회의 의정 활동과 지역 곳곳의 이야기를 찾아 취재할 예정이다.
이번 시민기자단은 공개 모집을 통해 선발됐으며, 고등학생․직장인․프리랜서 등 다양한 직업군과 10대부터 40대까지 폭넓은 연령층으로 구성됐다.
이들은 직접 현장의 목소리를 담아 보다 생동감 있는 지역 소식은 물론 시민과 의회 간 소통을 강화하는 데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 보고 있다.
