(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 17일, ‘2024년 일학습병행(산학일체형 도제학교) 공동훈련센터 성과평가’에서 부평공업고등학교(전기·전자) 사업단이 전국 1위를 차지해 최우수기관으로 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 부평공고, 인천반도체고, 재능고로 구성된 해당 사업단은 전국 78개 사업단 중 종합 1위에 올랐으며, 학습근로자 목표 달성률, 훈련 유지율, 고용 유지율, 만족도 등 20여 개 평가 항목에서 전 항목 높은 점수를 받았다.
산학일체형 도제학교는 학교 교육과 기업 현장훈련을 병행해 학생들이 졸업 전 실무 역량을 갖추고 취업할 수 있도록 돕는 한국형 도제식 직업교육 모델로, 인천은 8개 사업단, 10개교에서 14개 과정을 운영한다.
인천시교육청은 이번 성과를 바탕으로 도제 참여 확대, 우수 운영 모델 확산, 성과 기반 정책 연계 및 제도 기반 강화 등 도제교육의 고도화를 추진할 계획이다.
도성훈 교육감은 “이번 성과는 학교와 기업, 대학, 교육청이 함께 협력한 결과이며, 인천 직업교육의 역량과 가능성을 전국적으로 입증한 결실”이라며 “앞으로도 학생들이 산업 현장에서 신뢰받는 인재로 성장하도록 인천형 직업교육 모델을 더욱 발전시키겠다”고 말했다.
