(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 오는 7월 22일부터 28일까지 ‘전국민 마음투자 지원사업’ 제공기관을 대상으로 현장 조사를 진행한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 조사는 사업 시작일인 7월 1일 이후 첫 실시되는 것으로, 서비스 품질 향상과 바우처의 적정 사용을 유도해 시민이 안심하고 이용할 수 있는 마음건강 돌봄 서비스를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.
조사 대상은 원미구 14개소, 소사구 1개소 등 총 15개 기관이며, 각 기관은 사전에 자체 점검을 진행하고, 점검표를 오정보건소에 제출해야 한다.
현장 조사는 점검반 2명이 기관을 방문해 제공기관 등록·관리, 제공인력·이용자 관리, 서비스 제공 기준 준수, 바우처 사용의 적정성 등을 확인할 예정이다.
특히, 이번 조사는 제공기관의 투명성과 공정한 운영을 유도하고, 부적정 사례를 예방해 사업 목적에 맞는 서비스가 이뤄질 수 있도록 하는 데 중점을 둔다.
김은옥 부천시보건소장은 “시민의 마음 건강을 책임지는 제공기관들이 신뢰를 바탕으로 올바르게 운영될 수 있도록 현장을 꼼꼼히 살피고, 필요한 부분은 적극 지원하겠다”며 “서비스 제공기관의 적극적인 협조를 바란다”고 말했다.
앞으로 부천시는 제공기관의 서비스 품질과 운영의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 정기적인 점검과 사후 관리 체계를 강화할 방침이다.
