(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시와 10개 군·구는 지난 21일 열린 군·구 정책회의에서 '민생회복 소비쿠폰'사업비 분담 비율을 ‘시 60%, 군·구 40%’로 최종 합의했다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면 최근 11개 시도가 5:5 분담률을 확정한 가운데 인천시는 지난 6월 결산 추경을 마치고 가용 재원 조달에 한계가 있었지만, 열악한 군·구의 재정 여건을 고려해 유정복 시장의 결단으로 시와 군·구가 최종적으로 6대 4의 비율에 합의한 것으로 알려졌다.
인천시(인구 302만 명)는 총 8,000억 규모의 민생회복 소비쿠폰 사업 중 90%에 해당하는 7,200억 원을 국비로 확보했으며 나머지 800억 원의 지방비는 시가 480억 원, 군·구가 320억 원을 부담하게 된다.
이날 회의에서는 시의 역점사업인 아이플러스(i⁺) 시리즈 중 아이플러스(i⁺)) 길러드림 사업에 대해서도 내년부터는 시와 군·구가 각각 5대 5로 공동 부담하여 촘촘한 돌봄 여건을 만드는데 함께 노력할 것을 합의했으며 해당 사업은 현재 1회 추경을 통해 시비 전액으로 진행되고 있다.
인천시는 이미 7월 18일 1차 국비를 군·구에 교부해 쿠폰 지급이 차질 없이 진행되도록 조치했으며, 오는 9월에는 지방채 발행을 통해 2차 지급분에 대한 추경을 편성할 계획이다.
