넥타르 주식회사가 중국 산시성 퉁촨시에 위치한 식품가공기업 더샹실업유한공사와 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결하며 한중 식품 무역 협력에 본격적인 신호탄을 쏘아 올렸다.
이번 MOU는 지난 7월 14일 오전 10시, 서울 가든호텔에서 열린 '중국 산시성 퉁촨시-대한민국 무역투자 협력 교류회' 현장에서 체결됐다.

행사에는 류리(刘利) 퉁촨시 부서기를 비롯한 시 정부 관계자와 장센라이(张先来) 더샹실업유한공사 회장 등 중국 측 인사들이 참석했다.
한국 측에서는 강민주 대한무역투자진흥공사(KOTRA) 부장, 천기화 한국중소벤처무역협회 회장을 비롯한 관련 기관 및 기업 관계자들이 대거 함께했다.
넥타르 주식회사는 중국 사천지역을 중심으로 한중 간 무역·유통·기업 컨설팅을 수행해온 기업으로, 이번 협약을 통해 산시성 지역으로의 본격적인 사업 확장을 기대하고 있다.
더샹실업유한공사는 산시성 청정지역에서 재배되는 표고버섯, 송이버섯 등 프리미엄 버섯을 가공·생산해 미국 등 해외에 수출하는 식품가공 전문기업이다.

이번 MOU는 양국 간 식품 가공 및 유통 분야 협력을 넘어, 지방정부 단위의 실질적 경제교류 모델로도 주목받고 있다.
넥타르 주식회사 관계자는 "이번 협약은 중국 내륙지역의 프리미엄 농식품 자원을 한국 및 글로벌 시장으로 유통할 수 있는 새로운 관문이 될 것"이라며, "앞으로도 한중 간 건강한 무역 생태계 구축을 위해 힘쓸 것"이라고 밝혔다.
